1. Legal information and acceptance
This Legal Notice governs the use of the service of the Internet portal bloggeroriginal.com (hereinafter, the "Portal") that Argentiberia, SL (hereinafter, "Blogger Original") makes available to Internet users.
Blogger Original, with registered office at Calle Vereda de los Barros, 17B and CIF B86095924, is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 28,092, Folio 19, Section 8, Sheet M-506180 Registration 1.
Use of the Portal confers the status of Portal user (hereinafter, the "User") and implies acceptance of all the terms of use contained in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Portal service is limited to the time the User is connected to it or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, it is advisable that the User carefully read this Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Portal, as it and its terms of use may be modified.
By accepting this Legal Notice, the User acknowledges its terms and agrees to comply with them. Blogger Original does not guarantee the future availability or maintenance of the services accessible through the Portal. Blogger Original may, at any time, decide to interrupt, suspend, or permanently cancel this Portal without any compensation being due to Users.
The information society services provided by Blogger Original to Users through the Portal (information provision, Newsletter, etc.) are free of charge, with the sole exception of those resulting from electronic purchases made through the Portal. All prices published on the Portal include applicable taxes.
Electronic purchases made by Users through this Portal are subject to the general terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter, the "General Terms and Conditions of Purchase"). These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase constitute the main legal document of the sales contract and regulate the rights and obligations of Users as Blogger Original customers.
Therefore, it is advisable that Users carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase before making any purchases on our Portal. Blogger Original may modify these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. Modifications will not affect purchases made by Users prior to the approval of said modifications, which will be governed in all cases by the General Terms and Conditions in effect at the time those purchases were made. It is the User's responsibility to be aware of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in effect at the time the Purchase Process begins.

2. Registering as a User
To facilitate online purchases and avoid having to ask customers for the same information each time they make a new purchase, it is necessary to register as a Portal user. This user registration can be completed at any time through the "Login" section or during the purchase process itself. Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive an email confirming that the process has been successfully completed.
You can access the registered users section with your username and password, or through any other authentication methods enabled by bloggeroriginal.com. Associated with your user registration, bloggeroriginal.com may use cookies or similar technologies to record your browsing preferences and identify you when you connect from the same device.
Through User Registration you can access your purchase history, view and edit your registration data or manage things related to your purchases.
Registering as a user on bloggeroriginal.com is free and requires no conditions or compensation. You can unsubscribe at any time by filling out the form in the "Contact" section. Unsubscribing will result in the deletion of your personal user data and will prevent you from making online purchases in the future until you re-register.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Portal, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code (hereinafter, the "Content"), is the intellectual property of the brands collaborating with or distributed by bloggeroriginal.com, which have been assigned to bloggeroriginal.com. No rights of exploitation recognized by current intellectual property legislation are transferred to Users. Notwithstanding the foregoing, while Users remain connected to the Portal, they may use said Content to the extent necessary for navigation and only insofar as said Content is accessible in accordance with the rules set forth in this Legal Notice. Once a User disconnects from our Portal, they will not retain any rights to use the aforementioned Content.
The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by Blogger Original or third-party companies that have consented and assigned the rights of use over them to Blogger Original and bloggeroriginal.com, and access to the Portal does not grant Users any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
4. Portal Terms of Use
4.1. General
Users of the Portal agree to use the Portal correctly in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. Any User who violates the Law or this Legal Notice will be liable to Blogger Original or to third parties or companies that have commercial relationships with Blogger Original for the use of bloggeroriginal.com, for any damages that may be caused as a result of such breach.
The use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the assets or interests of Blogger Original or Companies that have commercial relationships with Blogger Original for the use of bloggeroriginal.com is expressly prohibited; or that in any other way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of Blogger Original or third parties.
4.2. Contents
Users of the Portal agree to use the Content in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations and instructions that may apply to certain services in accordance with the provisions of clause 1.
By way of example only, Users must refrain from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Content except in cases authorized by law or expressly consented to by Blogger Original or by whoever holds the exploitation rights as the case may be.
- Reproducing or copying for private use the Content that may be considered as Software or Database in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, as well as its public communication or making it available to third parties when these acts necessarily imply the reproduction by the User or a third party.
- Extract and/or reuse all or a substantial part of the Contents that make up the Portal as well as the databases that Blogger Original makes available to Users.
4.3. Data collection forms
Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 6 of this Legal Notice, the use of certain services or requests is conditional upon the prior completion of the corresponding User registration.
All information provided by the User through the Portal's forms for the aforementioned purposes or any other purposes must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and will keep the information up-to-date so that it accurately reflects the User's current situation at all times. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to Blogger Original or third parties as a result of the information provided.
Additionally, by completing the forms, Users declare that they are over 18 years of age.
4.4. Introduction of links to the Portal
Internet users or Information Society Service providers who wish to include links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below:
The link must only point to the Portal's homepage and may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copying of text, graphics, etc.). This does not apply to Web 2.0 interaction systems offered by the Portal to link to it.
- In any case, it will be prohibited, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force at any given time, to establish frames or frames of any kind that enclose the Portal or allow the display of the Content through Internet addresses other than those of the Portal and, in any case, when displayed together with content unrelated to the Portal in such a way that: (i) it produces, or may produce, error, confusion or deception in users about the true origin of the service or Content; (ii) it implies an act of unfair comparison or imitation; (iii) it serves to take advantage of the reputation of the brand and prestige of Blogger Original, its collaborating and/or distributed brands; or (iv) in any other way it is prohibited by current legislation.

- Under no circumstances will it be stated on the page where the link is located that Blogger Original has given its consent for the insertion of the link or that it otherwise sponsors, collaborates, verifies or supervises the services of the sender.
- The use of any trademark, graphic or mixed mark or any other distinctive sign of bloggeroriginal.com or Blogger Original or Companies that have commercial relations with Blogger Original for the use of bloggeroriginal.com within the sender's page is prohibited except in the cases permitted by law or expressly authorized by Blogger Original and provided that, in these cases, a direct link to the Portal is allowed in the manner established in this clause.
- The page establishing the link must comply fully with the law and may not, under any circumstances, contain or link to content, whether its own or from third parties, that: (i) is illegal, harmful, or contrary to morality and good customs (pornographic, violent, racist, etc.); (ii) induces or may induce the User to falsely believe that Blogger Original or Companies that have commercial relationships with Blogger Original for the use of bloggeroriginal.com subscribes to, endorses, adheres to, or in any way supports the ideas, statements, or expressions, whether legal or illegal, of the sender; (iii) is inappropriate or irrelevant to the activity of Blogger Original, taking into account the location, content, and subject matter of the sender's website.
5. Exclusion of liability
5.1. On the quality of service
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Blogger Original to guarantee the complete absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful third-party computer elements ("malicious software" or "malware") during browsing. It is the User's responsibility, in all cases, to have appropriate tools available for the detection and disinfection of harmful software.

Blogger Original is not responsible for damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties by acts of third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
5.2. Service Availability
Access to the Portal requires third-party services and supplies, including transmission via telecommunications networks, the reliability, quality, security, continuity, and operation of which are not the responsibility of Blogger Original. Therefore, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, canceled, or become inaccessible, either before or during the provision of the Portal service, without prior notice from Blogger Original. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if for any reason Blogger Original were to permanently cease providing Portal services, Blogger Original will make every effort to inform Registered Users of this event.
Blogger Original or the Companies that have commercial relationships with Blogger Original for the use of bloggeroriginal.com, will not be responsible for damages or losses of any kind caused to the User that result from failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or prior to it.
5.3. Regarding the content and services linked through the Portal
The Portal may include links that allow the User to access other websites and internet portals (hereinafter, "Linked Sites"). In these cases, Blogger Original acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI"), and will only be liable for the content and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their illegality and has not disabled the link with due diligence. If the User believes that a Linked Site contains illegal or inappropriate content, they may notify Blogger Original in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6 of this Legal Notice, without this notification in any case implying an obligation to remove the corresponding link.
Under no circumstances should the existence of Linked Sites be presumed to imply the existence of agreements with the owners or operators thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Blogger Original with the statements, content or services provided.
Blogger Original is not familiar with the content and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the illegality, quality, obsolescence, unavailability, error and uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites or for any other damage that is not directly attributable to Blogger Original for its own services.
5.4. Regarding third-party content hosted by Blogger Original
The Portal includes, or may include, the possibility for Users, registered or not, to post comments about products or otherwise participate by expressing personal opinions or providing specific information. In these cases, Blogger Original acts as a hosting intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 16 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce ("LSSI"), and will only be liable for content uploaded by other Users to the extent that it has actual knowledge of its illegality and has not removed the illegal content with due diligence. If a User believes that there are comments or content uploaded by other Users that are illegal or inappropriate, they may notify Blogger Original in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6 of this Legal Notice, without this notification in any case implying an obligation to remove the corresponding comment or content.
Under no circumstances should the existence of comments or content from third parties be presumed to imply the existence of agreements with the authors thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Blogger Original with the statements or information provided.
5.5. Confidentiality of information transmitted through the Portal
Blogger Original has implemented the legally required security measures to guarantee the confidentiality and secrecy of the personal data that Users provide on our Portal. However, the transmission of this data to Blogger Original travels through third-party telecommunications networks not controlled by Blogger Original. Additionally, the presence of malicious software on your computer may result in this information being forwarded or retrieved without your knowledge.
Blogger Original is not responsible for the lack of confidentiality of information transmitted by third-party telecommunications equipment and networks, nor for software or hardware vulnerabilities of the Users' own equipment.
6. Purchase process
The Purchase Process consists of the following steps:
Product selection: Browse our website and click the "Add to your bag" button each time you want to add a product to your purchase. The shopping bag contains the name of the selected product, the color, size, quantity, and price in euros.
Starting the purchase process: To begin the purchase process, click the "Next" button after viewing the shopping cart summary. If you are not registered as a user or have not logged in, you will be prompted to do so first.
Payment method selection: Select your preferred payment method and click the "Make Payment" button. The system will then redirect you to your chosen payment platform where you will need to provide all the necessary information for that payment method. This is the only time you will be asked for this information.
The contract will be perfected for all purposes once you provide all the necessary information and press the purchase confirmation button.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer may not modify or cancel the order except in the cases provided for by law or in these General Conditions.
By making a purchase, customers declare that they accept all of these general purchase conditions.
Purchases are made directly on the website bloggeroriginal.com
bloggeroriginal.com archives data from its website, which constitutes proof of all transactions made between bloggeroriginal.com and its customers.
bloggeroriginal.com will confirm to the customer by email that their order has been registered, and will also inform them of the shipment of the requested product.
For any use of the customer's email address to send subsequent marketing communications, bloggeroriginal.com must expressly inform the customer and request their consent. This consent may be revoked by the customer at any time by simply sending an email to bloggeroriginal.com.
7. Communication of illicit and inappropriate third-party activities or services
If the User or any other Internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites or any other third-party service provided by Blogger Original (e.g., User Comments where permitted, etc.) are illegal, harmful, degrading, violent, or contrary to morality; or that any of the information included by the Users themselves, through the services offered on the Portal, has the same characteristics as described above, you may contact Blogger Original indicating the following:
- Personal data of the person making the request: name, address, telephone number, and email address. This data will be processed solely for the purpose of managing your request and will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Blogger Original for the sole purpose of addressing your request. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Failure to provide any of this data may result in your request not being processed, without prejudice to any voluntary inquiries that Blogger Original may wish to make.
- Description of the facts that reveal the illicit or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;

Blogger Original will resolve any complaints addressed to it as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month.
10. Legislation and arbitration
The law applicable to the Contract will be Spanish law without prejudice to the cases.
11. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (by
(for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.
11.1 Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of shipping costs).
